Yes. 24-hour in villa dining service is available.

In-room safes are included in all villas. Chable is not liable for unattended items left in public areas.

Technically they don’t, but since it’s reserved for the wedding we can do whatever we want!

Yes, all villas offer a terrace or balcony with a day bed and private plunge pool.
Something cool to note: during the day the plunge pool is nice and cool. But once night time comes, the pool will have an automatic heater to warm it up for all of you that love night swimming!

All suites are equipped with standard North American sockets (Type A, sometimes Type B).
If traveling out the USA, we recommend bringing an adaptor.

All guests that are invited for our wedding weekend will be specifically stated on the “Save The Date” invitation.
Unfortunately, due to venue restrictions, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. We appreciate your understanding!

Certified lifeguards are available at beach areas and first aid is provided on a 24-hour basis for emergency situations.
A medical doctor is available on-call on a 24-hour basis located 30 minutes off property.

But unfortunately, due to limited occupancy, we will only be allowing kids within our families.
FAQ: TRAVEL

Cancun International Airport, CUN.
Transportation from the airport to and from the hotel will be arranged by our wedding team.

The hotel is a 35-minute drive away from Cancun's International Airport.

Yes. We are offering complimentary airport transfers.
We recommend to try and arrive around noon time on Friday, January 26th. This will allow us to hold larger groups of guests in the transfers.
As we get closer to the date, we will collect your flight information so we can arrange transportation for everyone.

FAQ: CHECK-IN

Yes. A pre-authorized HOLD will be applied as a deposit for incidentals.
Any up-charges outside of what is included will be added to your final bill upon checkout. Everything else is considered all-inclusive in the final price specified in the RSVP.

The hotel does not offer pre-arrival check-in, however sending a copy of the passport per person as well as notifying arrival time to Cancun airport, will help speed up the check-in process.
FAQ: FOOD & BEVERAGE

Absolutely! We will be sending out a meal questionnaire a few months before the wedding weekend to make note of any allergies, kosher, restrictions, etc.

Unfortunately the food will not be glatt Kosher style.
